I bridge the gap between "Strategy" and "Systems".
I’ve spent 10+ years in B2B SaaS, and I’ve seen too many brilliant strategies die in bad execution.
Strategy is often too high-level ("capture the market"). Ops is often too low-level ("fix this field"). I work in the middle: designing the measurable systems that actually deliver the strategy.

Operating Principles
Revenue over vanity metrics
MQLs don't pay the bills. I focus on pipeline velocity, deal quality, and revenue attribution. If we can't measure its impact on the bottom line, we don't prioritize it.
Systems over heroics
Heroic efforts don't scale. I design documented, automated systems your team can own. The goal is to remove the "magic" and install a Process.
Design for execution
A deck is not a deliverable. I design systems that are meant to be built, not just presented. Complexity is the enemy of execution.
Of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS, from seed stage to scale-up. I've seen what breaks at 100k € ARR and what breaks at 10M € ARR, and how to fix it before it happens.
